I3G (ILIAS Third Generation) is ILIAS-Solutions' integrated MRO and logistics information system that supports all the materials of the (integrated) air, land, sea and medical components for their Military customers such as the Belgian Defence Forces, NATO, and others. In the latest version of this software, ILIAS is offering an integrated e-learning solution. As part of the Customer Service Desk the first module explains the organization of Incident Management. This module was built as a showcase of capabilities in only 10 days.
